Frosh/Soph Had a Great Tournament

Our Frosh-Soph boys played an amazing tournament showcasing incredible teamwork and talent. Scoring 14 goals and coming in #1 in their bracket.

They lost in the semi-finals, but put on a great performance and proudly represented Trabuco Boys Soccer!

The team won convincingly against Villa Park 5-1.

A perfectly weighted through ball by Surya Perugapali and a tidy finish by Brailo Espinoza put the Mustangs up by 1.

The second goal came from a solid tackle by Sam Wallach, who played Steven Martinez and slotted the ball into the bottom corner.

Soon after, Steven Martinez got his second, winning the ball from the Villa Park goalkeeper hitting the back of the net.

In the second half, Fearghus Gray whipped the ball into Brailo Espinoza, who drove passed the keeper to get his second of the game.

To top the game off, Fearghus Gray got one for himself, beating the keeper to make the score 5.

Great job Mustangs!
